Enquiries

I encourage all enquiries from Commissions to wholesale requests, So
if you have a specific Photo shoot or Mixed media art commission,
general query or wholesale interest contact us through our Contact, 
Facebook or Instagram page.

Shipping

What company will my order be shipped with?

I use Royal Mail Signed for second class delivery,
this shipping is expected to take 2-3 days.

How quickly will my order take to be shipped?

I aim to pick, package and ship your order within
1-2 days from your purchase date. Your order is then expected to be
shipped within 2-3 days however please allow 7 days for your order to
arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently unavailable
through my website however should you wish to order and ship
internationally please Contact me directly.

What if my order is damaged?

Damage is rare however, if your order has been
delivered broken or is unusable due to the damage please contact me
within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please photograph the packaging and damaged item/s
along with your order information. Once received a claim will be made
and further steps will be discussed with you.

Return/Exchange

I am confident that all items will be loved when you receive your order, however should you not be 100% pleased with your products a return or exchange can be arranged within 7 days of receiving your
order.

Any additional postage costs created by the Returns or Exchange process will be the purchasers’ responsibility.
